Organizational alignment is critical to the success of any project. Young and nimble organizations adjust well to project needs. More often projects are modified to fit the organization sponsoring it. This oft described 'Legacy' approach can rapidly dilute the driving energy of a project while creating a different kind of innovation.
Creating influence commonly comes from listening as others speak freely, encouraging them to act based on their own thoughts and motivations. Reinforcing the mission and goals of the organization can align their energy when effective incentives are available. My goal is to find an opportunity in which I will be able to leverage available resources in organizationally meaningful way.
